1 joint loyalty card for 9 chains and webshops!

Colruyt Group launches the Xtra loyalty card. This is a single loyalty card which all our customers can use in over 600 shops and collection points comprising Colruyt, OKay, Bio-Planet, Spar Colruyt Group, Collect&Go, Dreamland, Dreambaby and ColliShop. The card can also be used to refuel at DATS 24.

With the Xtra card, all customers can now benefit automatically and immediately from any specific discounts and offers, from the first time they shop with it. Paper vouchers and different loyalty cards now belong in the past. The Xtra card replaces Colruyt, OKay, Bio-Planet and Dreambaby loyalty cards. All discounts are deducted at the checkout and are clearly shown on the receipt. The first time the Xtra card is used in one of the shops, the other loyalty cards will automatically be deactivated.

For customers who prefer to stay mobile, there’s the handy Xtra app. This is available in the App Store or Google Play. In this way, customers will always have their loyalty card in their pockets. When they show the Xtra app at the checkout, customers will enjoy the same benefits as they would with the Xtra card. In addition, they can link different mobile payment apps (like Bancontact, KBC or SEQR) to the Xtra app so that they can pay with them.

Xtra also makes life easier and more convenient online. From now on, using the Xtra login with a single user name and password, customers will have access to all Colruyt Group webshops such as Colruyt and Bio-Planet via Collect&Go as well as Collishop, Dreamland and Dreambaby. So they can benefit from all online offers and get useful tips. With their unique Xtra login, customers can manage their own personal data and indicate which folders or newsletters they want to receive.
